RECEIVE SALVATION

Salvation is a gracious gift from God. The definition of “grace” is “unmerited divine
assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification”.
In other words, it is a gift given to someone that has done nothing to deserve it.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”

The penalty for sin is death according to Romans 6:23 (KJV)

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through
Jesus Christ our Lord”

The great news is that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and then arose
on the third day. We have the opportunity right here and now, to accept the gift of
salvation and enjoy eternal life in heaven when we die. According to Romans 5:8 (KJV)

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us”

Through faith, we can accept salvation. According to Romans 10:9-10 (KJV)
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”

If you are ready to make a decision to follow Jesus, just pray this simple prayer:
Lord, I know that I am a sinner. If I died today, I would not go to heaven. I confess with my mouth, and I believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead Forgive my sins, come into my life and be my Savior. Help me live for you from this day forward.
In Jesus Name, Amen.
