OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH
We at IFA stand firm on the Word of God. We believe that not being equipped with the Word, man will perish. (Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God). The Word of God is the number one defense to the enemy Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart).
We at IFA believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that he is returning soon and is our salvation for eternal life (Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord).
We at IFA believe in Baptism in full water emersions and in the Holy Spirit, power given only to believers in Christ Jesus.
We at IFA believe in bringing tithes (10% earnings) to God’s storehouse. In doing so, He has promised to rebuke the devourer for your sake pouring out for you blessings pressed down, shaken together, and running over.
We at IFA are forever grateful to God, who gave his only begotten son so that we should not perish but have everlasting life (John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him).
We at IFA believe that the Holy Spirit makes us aware of our need for Christ, enables us to believe in Him, and indwells us upon believing to assure us of our relationship to Christ and hope of eternal life. The Holy Spirit also empowers us to lead holy lives.
We at IFA believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ at the end of this age.
